As part of our service Ortons Audio Visual, Hitchin, Hertfordshire,  offer a complete competitive  servicing and repair of quality Hi Fi, Television and DVD Products.

On-going warranty and support for customers of Richard's Audio Visual of St Albans is provided through Ortons Audio Visual at Hitchin.

Products are dealt with by our highly qualified service sub-contractors, or where more appropriate by the manufacturer's service department or appointed agents.

We offer this service to anyone, existing customers or not, and ask that your arrange to bring your product to Hitchin, to be dealt with by our service department.
When it is impractical to bring your product yourself, arrangements can be made for some flat screen TV's to be serviced on site and heavy items to be collected from within a 20 miles radius of Hichin.

Our service costs are very competitive, and we are happy for a basic fee to carry out a diagnosis of the problem and provide an estimate for your approval before we carry out the work.
