After Care & Repair

At Ortons AudioVisual we endeavor to supply only the best products the market has to offer but occasionally things do go wrong, in these cases we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible. A number of routes are available as below:

SERVICE CALL:

For larger systems & custom fit products we may provide a service call to assess the problem & perform any configuration changes that may be required. If a hardware fault is found we will take the item away & arrange a repair service. Please contact your nearest branch so that we may arrange a convenient time to call. A service call is a chargeable service & is not covered by your product warranty.

ITEMS FOR REPAIR:

If you have a faulty item that needs repairing, please take it to your nearest store where we can assess the problem & arrange the appropriate repair service. If you wish to return the item to us via mail or courier then please contact us first so that we are aware the item will be coming in. We recommend you use an insured shipping service with a delivery signature as we will not be held resposible for items lost in transit. Please also enclose a covering note with your contact details, return address & a detailed description of the fault.
