Terms & Conditions


  1. Most items will be delivered within 2-3 days of order but some special order items may take longer as indicated in the detailed product description
  2. Overseas customers are requested to contact us prior to order. Not all products are available for overseas delivery & a delivery surcharge may be required.
  3. Items listed as Click & Collect are not available for delivery & must be collected from our Northampton store. Please await our call before travelling to collect
  4. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to late delivery or non-delivery of goods
  5. If you have urgent or specific delivery needs, please contact us before ordering



We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. Should you change your mind and wish to return an item, we will be happy to exchange the product or offer a full refund subject to the following:

  • The item was purchased online & returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • A proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, or bank statement) & cover note must be enclosed
  • The goods are in 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with accessories and any free gifts received with it

In this instance the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, we recommend using a signed service via Interparcel or Royal Mail

We do not accept non-faulty returns for items purchased in store



Have a faulty item? No problem, just get in touch with us to let us know what the problem is and our trained team will talk you through everything. It may be a configuration issue that we can rectify with advice over the phone, or it could be an internal fault that requires attention.

If the item is faulty within 28 days of purchase & in original condition with full packaging & accessories then we will arrange collection of the unit & provide an exchange or refund at your preference.

If the item is faulty after 28 days from purchase then please return the item to us & we will work with the manufacturer to repair & rectify the problem. In this instance the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, we recommend using a signed service via Interparcel or Royal Mail

If the faulty product is part of an installation we will arrange for a trained technician to come out and try to rectify the problem. If it is not possible to rectify the problem on site then we will work with the manufacturer to arrange a repair and where possible provide a replacement product while yours is away (depending on availability)
